IJ Start Canon Set Up TR8520– The Canon PIXMA TR8520 is focused on Home Office. As such, it has only five (not six) ink cartridges and adds the document feeder and duplex printing. The inclusion of facsimile equipment puts this machine in competitive category four-in-one MFPs Compact.

And this model is very compact. Canon believes it is 38% less than the MX920 it replaces by keeping two separate paper front and back trays and a 20-letter ADF above. What Canon has to offer is that the MFD is flat, this is a large 4.3-inch touchscreen interface, Bluetooth connectivity in addition to the Wi-Fi and fifth ink cartridge to improve print quality.

Design
Home printers have been getting smaller and the Canon PIXMA TR8520 is a prime example. With all the flap and expansion trays folded away, it was a little more than a Canon-oriented photo printer, and yet it combined 100 sheet basic paper trays, 20 sheets of paper back trays for photo documents and envelopes and 20-auto feed sheet Documents (ADF) above.

It looks smart and challenging with extra-great touch, taking most of the front panels, and you probably don’t envy this annoying printer sharing tables.

Functions
Canon PIXMA TR8520 is a four-in-one that means printing, scanning, copying and faxing boxes all unchecked, this multifunctional engine and Canon did well to incorporate luxury such as 4.3 inch touchscreen and Bluetooth connection for money.

Bluetooth complements built-in Wi-Fi and facilitates the provision of stable wireless connectivity with smartphones, so you can use a handy Canon application to print companion, while the touch screen makes it easy to use and monitor your mind.

Instead of the four ink tanks, there are additional black pigments to enhance the quality of the text and photos. You can learn this printer made by a camera brand, as it also has SD card entry and can be connected to a Canon wireless camera via PictBridge.

Known features such as duplex printing and connection to cloud services such as Dropbox are also present, which means only the item is missing NFC connection (although Bluetooth is for this) and the front USB port.

Setup and Operation
10.8 cm colorful touch screen may seem unnecessary waste to the printer, but the price requested for this model is still low and of course the installation and operation is simpler than it without it. Starting this only case, following the instructions and printing a test sheet when requested. You have five matching cartridges instead of four.

The touch screen proves its value when you need to enter the password in the Wi-Fi network. It is not as sensitive as your smartphone screen, or of course, but is faster than the cluttered hard buttons you usually have to contend with. This screen is also great for switching between the inventory of paper and monitoring the current state of the print job at a glance.

The Canon Print app is also very useful when it comes to crawling and printing. Canon uses this app to offer its own cloud printing service, although it takes a while to customize it.

Performance
We found Canon PIXMA TR8520 to be a bit slow when it comes to printing text pages mono duplex, but the page is worth waiting for. The auxiliary cartridge provides black pigment dye along with four dyes, which gives the word a rich printed darkness, while retaining a subtle touch. Very small size points are clearly defined as uppercase letters.

The extra paint also overwrites the color document with bright, visible color, and black skin, which fills evenly throughout the ink. Photos in photographic paper are very well shaded, accurate and colorful. Well what do you expect from the camera manufacturer. Perhaps because the print resolution is only half the Canon PIXMA TS8050 that the photograph looks softer. It also lacks the extra grey cartridges with six-model ink systems.

By adding faxes and ADF and keeping the low costs, some sacrifices were made as a print. However, Canon PIXMA TR8520 turns mono, color and print photos that will be amazed.
